How do I determine the height and depth of my custom TV stand?
For styles with door/ open shelf: to ensure that the inside space of your custom unit can accommodate your A/V receiver or other equipment well, please use the following formula to determine the minimum dimensions:
Overall Height = Inside Height + 1.26 inches
Overall Depth = Inside Depth + 0.7 inches
The width of the sections will be divided based on the overall width input for customization. We will provide more details on the production draft for your confirmation.
Can the opening of the router hole in the original design be removed?
Yes, we can customize your TV stand with no router holes. Please state this requirement in the "More requirements" option when placing your custom order.
Does customization allow for adding additional cable openings?
Yes, we can add additional cable openings. Please state this requirement in “More requirement” option with your custom order.
Do you custom an extra long cabinet with width larger than 94 Inches?
Yes, we can custom a cabinet with width larger than 94 inches. However, we may suggest to split the style into 2 parts for easy shipping and moving into the house. Please contact us to request a design draft for your customization via Email: support@floativa.com
What are the major steps for a custom order to be completed?
Here's a breakdown of the process:
1. Draft Confirmation:
Upon receiving your order, we'll create a production draft for your custom furniture within 1 working day. This draft will be based on the dimensions and requirements provided by you. If there are any changes needed, we'll revise the draft accordingly. If there's no feedback from you after 48 hours, we'll proceed with the confirmed draft.
2. Customization:
After the draft is confirmed, our skilled craftsmen will begin the meticulous process of creating and perfecting your custom furniture. This stage typically takes about 4 weeks from the date of draft confirmation.
3. Shipping & Delivery:
Once your custom furniture is completed and passes our quality checks, we'll arrange for its shipment. We'll notify you via email about the shipping details. Custom orders are shipped from Mainland China. Standard shipping approximately takes 7-12 weeks while expedited shipping approximately takes 5-7 weeks.
What if I receive a damaged product?
Packed with 7 layers of cardboard boxes and crumbly Styrofoam panels ensure the product stays safe on its long journey . If you receive a damaged or otherwise unusable item, we will be responsible for refunds, exchange or replacements according to your preference.
Do you offer any warranty?
Yes, All Floativa products are covered by one year warranty with free replacement of any damage.
