What Countries or Regions Do You Ship To?

Currently, we only offer shipping services to the United States. However, please note we don't ship to remote areas including Hawaii (HI), Alaska (AK), Puerto Rico (PR), and other U.S. Territories.

 

Where are you shipping from?

All our in-stock products are shipped from local warehouse in the United States. Customized items are shipped from Mainland China. 

 

How do I Track the Package?

We offer tracking information for every order.You will receive an email containing a tracking number after your order is shipped.

Do You Ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Military Addresses?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses currently. To ensure successful delivery, please provide a valid street address when placing your order. 

 

Are Taxes or Customs Charges included?

Taxes or customs charges are not included in the purchase price. Depending on your local customs regulations, duty fees and taxes may be applicable. All taxes or duty fees are borne by the customer.
