What Countries or Regions Do You Ship To?
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and countries across Europe, Oceania, and Southeast Asia.
United States: All ready-made standard items are shipped from our local warehouse.
Canada: Orders are shipped from our facility. Some items may be available in limited inventory for local shipping.
Other regions: Orders are shipped from our facility.

Notice: Custom Order Processing & Shipping Schedule Update
Applies to orders placed between January 20, 2026 – February 27, 2026
Due to the upcoming Spring Festival holiday, our production and logistics partners will implement temporary schedule changes that may affect custom orders placed during the above period.
1. Free Standard Delivery – Delayed Dispatch
For custom orders placed January 20 – February 27, 2026, free standard delivery will be delayed, with:
- Dispatch scheduled for late March 2026, and
- Estimated delivery around mid-June 2026.
This is because our shipping partner will pause receiving and processing shipments from February 10, 2026, in preparation for the Spring Festival holiday break.
2. Expedited Shipping – Still Available
Expedited shipping can still be arranged if both the order and the design diagram approval are completed before January 25, 2026.
Orders meeting this deadline will dispatch before the holiday shutdown.
3. Design Diagram Creation Pause
Please note that no design diagrams can be created or reviewed between February 10 – February 27, 2026, as our design team will also be on holiday break.
4. Customer Service Availability
Our Customer Service team will remain available throughout the entire period to answer questions, provide updates, or assist with customization details.

Where are you shipping from?
United States Orders: Ready-to-ship products are dispatched from our local warehouses in the U.S.
Non-U.S. Orders & Customized Items are shipped from Mainland China.

Can I change my shipping address if I entered the wrong one when placing my order?
Yes, we can update the shipping address within 12 hours of placing your order.
Please note that requesting a change after the shipping label has been created and sent to your email may cause shipping delays and incur additional costs, which will be the customer’s responsibility.
Can I cancel my purchase if I change my mind?
Orders may be cancelled before a tracking number has been issued.
Custom orders may be cancelled before production begins.
If a custom order is cancelled after production has started, a 5%–25% deduction will be applied to the refund to cover production and material costs. The exact amount depends on the progress of the production at the time of cancellation.
How do I Track the Package?
We offer tracking information for every order.You will receive an email containing a tracking number after your order is shipped.
Do You Ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Military Addresses?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses currently. To ensure successful delivery, please provide a valid street address when placing your order.
Are Taxes or Customs Charges included?
Taxes or customs charges are not included in the purchase price. Depending on your local customs regulations, duty fees and taxes may be applicable. All taxes or duty fees are borne by the customer.
