📦 Shipping Notice for Custom Orders between December 15th and February 6th 🚛
As we approach the Spring Festival, we want to keep you informed about potential delays for custom orders:
- Custom orders placed between 15th December and 6th February with free standard shipping will be shipped after 25th February and are expected to be delivered around early May. To arrange expedited shipping, please finalize your request by January 19th.
- Custom orders placed between January 17th and February 6th will receive a customization draft for confirmation on February 7th.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required.Â

How Long Will It Take for the Delivery?
You can find the estimated delivery time displayed on the product pages and during checkout for your convenience.
1. Ready-to-ship Items:Â
Ready-to-ship items are dispatched from our U.S. warehouses in New Jersey and California. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the dispatch warehouse.
 2. Back-Order Items:
If an item is out of stock in our U.S. warehouses, it will be shipped directly from our production facility. Delivery for back-order items usually takes 4–6 weeks.Â
3. Customized Items:
Delivery Time = Processing time + Shipping Time
Our estimated processing time for customization is about 3 weeks from the date of design draft confirmation.Â

What Countries or Regions Do You Ship To?
Currently, we only offer shipping services to the United States and Canada. However, please note we don't ship to remote areas including Hawaii (HI), Alaska (AK), Puerto Rico (PR), and other U.S. Territories.

Where are you shipping from?
Ready-to-ship products are shipped from local warehouses in the United States. Back-order items and customized items are shipped from Mainland China.Â

Do You Ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Military Addresses?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses currently. To ensure successful delivery, please provide a valid street address when placing your order.Â

Are Taxes or Customs Charges included?
Taxes or customs charges are not included in the purchase price. Depending on your local customs regulations, duty fees and taxes may be applicable. All taxes or duty fees are borne by the customer.
