What is a floating TV stand?
 A floating TV stand is a wall-mounted cabinet designed to support your TV and media devices while creating a sleek, modern, space-saving look by staying off the floor.

Do you offer extra-narrow floating TV stands for small spaces?
Yes! We specialize in designing narrow TV stands starting from just 8 inches deep—ideal for tight spaces like hallways, bedrooms, or apartments.

How much weight can the TV stand hold?
Each stand can support up to 80 lbs, depending on the model and proper wall installation. For safety, we recommend mounting directly into wall studs.

Will a narrow TV stand support my TV?
We do not recommend placing your TV directly on a wall-mounted TV stand. For safety and stability, your television should be mounted on the wall using a professional TV mount.

Do the stands have cable management?
Yes, all of our models are designed with built-in cable management. Each stand includes a hollow back center section with wire holes at the top, bottom, and inside each door compartment—perfect for keeping your cables neatly hidden and your setup clutter-free.

Do your products require assembly?
Yes, most of our products are flat-packed and require assembly upon arrival. This ensures safer shipping and easier handling. Clear instructions and necessary hardware are included in the package.

Is installation hardware included?
Yes! All floating TV stands include mounting hardware and clear step-by-step instructions for an easy and secure wall-mount setup.

Can I install the stand on drywall?
Yes, our stands can be installed on drywall. Just ensure you mount into studs or use heavy-duty wall anchors to support the weight safely.

Customization & Features

Do you make custom floating TV stands?
 Absolutely! We can create pieces based on your personal designs or adjust our standard models to match your exact specifications—width, height, depth, finish, doors, shelving, and more.

Can I customize the size, finish, or layout?
Absolutely. We offer fully customizable dimensions, finishes (such as black, walnut, white oak), shelving options, cable cutouts, and more.

Can I order a cabinet deeper or taller than 20 inches?
Yes, we can customize cabinets with larger depth or height. However, this may require changes to the internal structure, so please contact us with your specifications for evaluation and a quote.

Can you build a custom stand based on my own sketch or design?
Yes, we welcome your design ideas! A simple sketch showing your dimensions and key features helps us provide accurate customization and pricing.

Can I add legs if I don’t want to wall-mount the TV stand?
Yes, we can add wood or metal legs so your stand can rest on the floor. We recommend a depth of at least 12 inches to ensure proper stability.

Can I choose my own finish or color?
We offer a variety of finishes including light oak, walnut, black, white, etc. Wood samples can be provided upon request (shipping fees may apply). Custom paint or veneer options currently are not available. 

Do you offer soft-close doors or drawers?
Yes. All models with doors come standard with soft-close hinges. Drawers on standard-size models do not include the soft-close feature by default, but we can add soft-close drawer slides for custom orders upon request.

 

Shipping & Returns

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. International shipping is available and calculated at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard orders typically ship within 3–7 business days. If an item is temporarily out of stock (back-ordered), it will ship directly from our facility and may take 4–6 weeks for delivery. Custom orders take longer: 10–15 weeks with free standard shipping; 7–9 weeks with expedited shipping.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its progress.

Can I return my order?
We accept returns on non-custom products within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in original packaging. Custom-made items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Please contact us with your delivery address to get a shipping quote and estimated timeline.

Orders & Customer Support

Do you offer seasonal discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts on select styles during seasonal promotions. You can browse the sale section at any time to see discounted items.
Please note that sale items are subject to change and may return to their regular prices without notice.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your purchase before a tracking number is issued. Once a tracking number has been provided, the order cannot be canceled as it has already been processed for shipment.

Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, you can change your shipping address as long as your order has not been processed and no tracking number has been issued.
Once a tracking number has been provided, any address change must be handled through the shipping carrier. This may incur additional costs and could delay the delivery of your order.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery and include photos of the damage. We’ll work quickly to offer a solution or replacement.
