30-Day Free Return

Ensuring customer satisfaction is a paramount focus of our business, and our ultimate goal is for you to be completely content with your purchase. Should you find yourself dissatisfied with our products, we are delighted to offer 30-day free return.

To be eligible for a free return, please note item(s) must be:

  1. In brand-new condition
  2. Uninstalled and/or non-assembled
  3. Unused, no pieces missing
  4. With original tags and original packaging
  5. Includes any free gifts or additional accessories, if applicable.
  6. Custom furniture returns are limited to obvious defects, damage in transit, or obviously design noncompliance.

 

Return Cost 

We will handle the return shipping for you, but please note that shipping fees from the original order will not be refunded. Once your return is accepted, a prepaid label will be provided for you to download and print.

For returns that do not involve a quality issue, you would need to pay for the shipping fee for the return. Please note that slight color variations may occur due to differences in device displays and are not considered quality defects.

 

Start Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@floativa.com for return eligibility. . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Sending items back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.


To facilitate the assessment of the product's condition and determine its eligibility for return, please provide at least one full-view picture of the product along with the outer box, as well as a picture depicting the internal packing. 

When returning the item, please ensure to package it in the same manner as it arrived to meet the carrier's requirements effectively. This will help ensure the safe transit of the product during the return process.

Our 30-day return policy is calculated based on the delivery time of each individual item as indicated on the carrier's website. We will not be able to accept returns if the item(s) are marked as delivered for more than 30 days at the time of your return initiation.

 

Faulty or Damaged Products

In the event that you receive a damaged or unusable item, we take full responsibility and offer you the choice of a refund, exchange, or replacement, according to your preference.

Please contact us within 48 hours at support@floativa.com with the following details: 

1. Photos of the labels on the package

2. Photos of the package, full-view, and damage area (if applicable)

3. Photos of the item(s), in whole, and the damage/defect area

4. A quick video demonstrating the problem is advised. 

 

Refunds

Upon receiving your item(s), We will send you a notification email within 3-5 working days. This email will confirm the receipt of your items and also notify you once the refund has been processed. The refunded amount will be credited back to the account that was originally used for the transaction.

Kindly be aware that shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable. Additionally, any transfer charges or bank fees incurred during the refund process are not included in the refund amount.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Clearance items
  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page
  • Without original packaging or serious damage to the original packaging
  • Assembled or disassembled products
  • Sample orders of material, swatch, finish colors

 

Replacement & Exchange

 If you received a damaged or defective item, we can ship you a replacement of the exact item. If you would like to exchange an item for another, you can exchange for a different size or color. 

The return of an exchange item with no reason of defect or damage is not covered under the free return policy. The shipping fee for such returns is the responsibility of the buyer.
