Custom orders are shipped from Mainland China by sea. Standard shipping approximately takes 10-15 weeks while expedited shipping approximately takes 7-9 weeks, including the customization process.

No, our standard drawers are not soft-closing. This is because soft-close drawer slides require additional internal space, and the cabinet depth typically needs to be at least 12 inches or more to accommodate the mechanism properly.
